    Robo, live for the minute, savor each victory as it comes and don't look ahead. We've been here before in '67 and '86. I'm not going to believe it until after the last out of the fourth win, if that should come to pass. The Sox have broken my heart too many times.

    Iconoclast, I'm fortunate enough to only have endured Red Sox heartbreak one time. That would be last year at the ALCS. I was too young to remember Bill Buckner and didn't follow baseball enough to care up until a few years ago.

    I guess I'm one of the lucky that are still foolishly optimistic! [^]

    I'm new to the Boston area, but I'm already a big Red Sox fan! And the Patriots ... well they play just north of me in Foxboro! What a season for sports fans![:D] Now if deer season was as productive!![:p]
